Corporate holiday ecards since 2003
Pick a design, put your logo, colors, words and photos on it, and see the finished card all before you pay. Then we send it, or you do.
No account until you pay. Approval links for whoever signs off. One price, based on how many people the card reaches.
Three steps
Type your company's website address and the card takes your brand colors and finds your logo. Or drop a logo file and the colors are read from it. Then change the words, add your own photos on a Photo & Text design, and pick the music.
The preview is the real card with a watermark, not a mock-up. Send an approval link to whoever signs off. It works for about three days, shows the watermark, and needs no account.
Checkout asks one question: how many people will this card reach? Then we send it from our servers with a report, or you take a ready-made email to Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Outlook and others. Same price either way.
What you can change
Each design is a finished animation with its own slots for your brand, your words and your photographs. Fill them in your browser and watch the real card as you go.
Upload it, or type your website address and the studio finds it. It is fitted into the design's own logo footprint, with a plate behind it if the background needs one.
Read from your website or your logo and dealt across the design's color slots. Shuffle them, pick a mood, or set each one by hand.
Upload them, drop them onto a slot, pick from free stock photos, or combine several into a collage. Framing, straightening and a black and white look are built in.
Every line of text is editable, with around sixty fonts to choose from or your own font uploaded. Have a set of messages written for your audience, or translate the card into any of 22 languages.
Every card plays on its own web page at an unguessable address, with the poster, background and end screen you choose. Put the card on your own website too with an embed snippet.
When the card finishes, show your website, your social profiles or a page of your choosing, so a recipient who liked it has somewhere to go.
The card is a video on a web page, so it plays in every mail client and on every phone, with nothing to download. You choose how it behaves on a small screen.
Classic, Letter, Branded header, Envelope or Teaser. The preview beside the form is the real email, drawn as you type, with your logo and colors already in it.
Sending it yourself? Take the email with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo or Outlook personalization tags already in place, and paste it into your own campaign.
Delivery
Who sends the card is a free choice you make at delivery time. The size you buy covers both.
Import your list from a spreadsheet, a vCard file or a paste. Every address is checked before anything goes out. We send from our servers, handle bounces and unsubscribes, and you get a report: opens, clicks and card views per person.
We design the email. You send it from Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo or Outlook, with your provider's own personalization tags already in place. Your sending domain and your list stay where they are. Card views are still counted.

A short guide
Start with who is on the list. A card for clients you speak with every week can be warmer and more playful than one for a list of several thousand customers you have never met. Photo & Text designs put your own photographs in the card and suit teams, firms and anyone who wants faces in it. Illustrated designs need nothing but your logo and are the fastest route when there are no photographs to gather.
Think about what the greeting says. A list that spans countries, faiths and cultures usually calls for a non-denominational greeting: Happy Holidays or Season's Greetings rather than Merry Christmas. The words on every design are yours to change, and if the right words will not come, have a set written for you for the occasion, the audience and the tone, in any of 22 languages.
Then decide how it travels. An ecard is a web page with a video on it, so it has to be hosted somewhere and the link has to reach each person by email. We host the card's page for 60 days after you send it, and another send extends that. For the email, either we send it from our servers with every address checked first, or you take a ready-made email to your own provider. Choose whichever fits the tools your company already uses.
Finally, leave time to get it approved. Most corporate cards need a yes from somebody who will never log in, so send them the approval link and let them watch the real card before anyone pays.
Open a design, put your brand on it, and see the real card before anyone pays. The approval link needs no account from whoever signs off.
